Bill Pitts, CPA

Director, Investor Relations , Barnes Group 

Bill Pitts joined Barnes Group in 2011 as Director, Investor Relations.  He has over 30 years broad business and management experience in areas such as FP&A, IR, corporate controllership, financial and analytical systems and auditing.
 
Prior to joining Barnes, Bill served as Director of IR for Textron and before that position was Vice President, Strategic Planning of Textron Financial Corporation.  There he led the planning team in the compilation and review of Textron Financial Corporation’s monthly forecasts and three-year financial budgets.
 

Mr. Pitts received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stonehill College in Easton, MA and an M.S. in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
